The night before the test:
Make sure your student goes to bed at a time that will ensure they are well-rested
Keep their routine as normal as possible
Plan ahead to avoid conflict on the morning of the test
In the morning:
Be prepared to avoid rushing to arrive at school on time
Be positive and build confidence in your student to do their best
