Images of the El Paso County Sheriff's Office Speaking with Calhan students about the job opportunities available

Upperclassmen met with three members of the El Paso County Sheriff's Office to learn about job opportunities available right out of high school. J.J. Hodge, Sheriff's Deputy, shared about the process of becoming a deputy as well as some of the challenges and highlights of his career. Emergency Services Dispatcher Andrew Roth talked about the unique roll of a dispatcher and his daily job responsibilities. Roth highlighted the opportunity for students graduating high school to begin a career in the communications center. Highlighting a newer opportunity in the Sheriff's Office, Donna Hall introduced students to her role as a Community Service Specialist. Thank you EPSO for taking time out of your day talk with us!
